By registering an account, shortening a URL, generating a QR code, or otherwise accessing our infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

The Service provides a cloud-based link management suite, including URL shortening, custom aliases, link targeting (device, country, language), dynamic and static QR code generation, link bio pages, deep linking, and real-time click telemetry. Features are provisioned based on whether you access a free tier or an active paid subscription plan.

2. Account Registration and Security

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• You may register directly or via supported single sign-on providers (such as Google OAuth). You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all actions occurring under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts using disposable or temporary email addresses to bypass platform security safeguards.

3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

Our infrastructure operates under strict zero-tolerance policies regarding malicious, deceptive, and abusive traffic. You agree that you will not submit, shorten, target, or associate any link, QR code, or landing asset with:

• Malware, spyware, trojans, ransomware, exploits, or destructive payloads.
• Phishing, credential harvesting, social engineering scams, or unauthorized impersonation of banks, postal agencies (e.g., Omniva, DPD), or public institutions.
• Spam, unsolicited mass communications, automated SMS blasting violating regional telecommunications regulations, or deceptive link chains.
• Content involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual imagery, hate speech, or violent incitement.
• Copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringements, including unlicensed software distribution or torrent indexing.
• System slug squatting or attempts to circumvent restricted URL path registries (e.g., reserved routes, administrative paths, system endpoints).

We actively monitor shortened destination endpoints via automated threat-detection integrations (including Google Safe Browsing and local security blocklists). Any link flagged as abusive will be disabled immediately without prior notice, and the associated account may face permanent termination.

4. Custom Domains and Custom Slugs

• If your subscription permits the connection of custom tracking domains, you warrant that you hold legitimate authority over the connected DNS records.
• We do not guarantee the perpetual availability of any specific custom alias or slug. We reserve the right to reclaim, reassign, or block any alias that infringes on third-party trademarks, violates public decency, or conflicts with core system routing.

5. Billing, Subscriptions, and Cancellation

• Subscription Plans: Paid tiers are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via authorized payment gateways (e.g., Stripe).
• Automatic Renewal: Your plan will renew automatically at the conclusion of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date directly within your account settings.
• Taxes and Invoicing: Invoices are issued in accordance with European Union VAT rules, applying reverse charge mechanisms (0% VAT) to validated intra-community businesses (VIES) where applicable.
• Refunds: Because access to digital link management, infrastructure provisioning, and analytics occurs immediately upon payment, all subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by mandatory European consumer protection laws.

6. Platform Availability and Performance

We strive to provide continuous, high-performance link redirection. However, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, immediate DNS propagation, or error-free routing. Scheduled maintenance, critical security updates, network outages, or DDoS events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily interrupt operations without giving rise to damages or compensation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable European law, the operators of the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business goodwill, or campaign disruption resulting from:

• The use or inability to use our redirection, QR, or analytics services.
• Any downtime, technical failure, DNS resolution latency, or data transmission error.
• The suspension or removal of any link, slug, or account deemed to violate these Terms.

In all cases, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

8. Account Termination

You may cancel your account at any time via your account dashboard. Upon account closure, all active redirection routes and QR targets associated with the account may be deactivated permanently. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you breach any material provision of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union member state where the operating entity is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the operating jurisdiction.
